Lion Dance
A standard one-lion dance performance involves two performers under the lion in full lion costume, a drummer, gong and cymbals players.  The number of performers involved may range from 5 for a one-lion performance to 11 for a two-lion and Buddha show.  Speak to us about the best type of performance for your event.

Outdoor Pyrotechnics
We are licensed with WorkSafe and insured to light Chinese firecrackers for performances.  Let us know if you require firecrackers as part of the lion dance performance.  We have available 3 metres (with head roll) and 6 metres(with head roll) strings of firecrackers.  A clearance of 5 metres from point of firing is the minimum WorkSafe requirement.  Please allow a minimum of two weeks notice for the handling of paperwork for permits and notifications for WorkSafe, MFB and the local city council.

Indoor Pyrotechnics
Confetti/streamer cannonsHand held confetti cannons are optional extras to add to a performance.  We have multicoloured confetti or red hearts metallic confetti cannons for weddings.  Speak to us to get confetti to match your theme colours.  Please note, we do not clean up confetti after a performance, so check with the venue first.  If you have any other indoor pyrotechnics requirements, please let us know.

Wedding Lions
Double Double Happiness LionsWe have the first pair of 'Double Happiness' lions in Australia.  The lions have the Chinese character for 'Double Happiness' on the front and back of the head.  The red/gold colours of the lions is representative of traditional Chinese wedding colours of the bride and groom.

A wedding performance (space permitting) is best performed with two lions to represent 'Double-Double Happiness'.  Speak to us about your wedding requirements and we can tailor a performance to suit.

Sponsorship Lions
If you are interested in sponsoring a lion with your logo design on the lion, please contact us.  The benefits for a sponsor includes free advertising on our website, dotting ceremony for the sponsor on the first performance and advertising on the lion when we perform at various events during the year.  Sponsored lions are quite popular in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Geelong Fireworks has kindly sponsored our first lion.

Hong De Dragon Dance
We will be ready to perform a 9-person dragon towards the end of 2013 in preparation for Chinese New Year 2014. This dragon is luminous and will illuminate under UV light in a darkened venue. The dragon chases a pearl during its dance and is accompanied by traditional Chinese music consisting of a drum, cymbals and gongs.
