Over four days during Chinese New Year, members of the Hong De Lion dance team made their way to the airport by 6am and performed for 3 to 5 hours every day.  It is unusual for a lion dance team to perform this early, but we were there to entertain in the international arrivals and departures area.  The lion was a familiar sight to all staff at the airport every morning.  It was hard for us to keep the noise level down, but we managed.  Although it was hard work, especially after a late night the night before, we all had a great time.  A special thanks to Kate for making the whole experience interesting and worthwhile.  We are trying to catch up on lack of sleep at the moment!
