We were approached by a theatre company to help with one song in the production which requires a dragon. Over two training sessions, we had a crew of 11 training basic training techniques in dragon dance. Then, ouir dragon coach choreographed a short routine for them to perform on stage. We would like to wish the Miss Saigon crew from The Old Scotch Music and Drama Club the best of luck over the next few weeks. The opening night is this Friday night at the Geoffrey McComas Theatre at Scotch College, Hawthorn. Tickets can be purchased at www.osmad.com.au.

We were quite excited to perform at the launch for Zagame Aston Martin for the first DBS Leggara in Australia. This convertible car will be featured in the next James Bond movie. We kicked off with our LED lions and our three drummers and percussionists performed for the car reveal. Thank you Event Source for booking us for this great gig!

More than 20 teams were in Sydney for Jin Wu Koon's 42nd Anniversary on the first weekend in October. The weekend of festivities kicked off in Market City with the dotting of a new large dragon and several lions as well as a performance on high poles by Malaysian Kwong Ngai. Afterwards, the lions and dragons blessed all the shops in Market City and Chinatown before ending at the Chinese Gardens in Darling Harbour where Sydney JWK ended with a high poles performance. The dinner on the second day started with all the teams paying respects to JWK on entering Marigold Restaurant. All teams were presented with a momento for the event. Thank you very much for inviting our team to be involved in this event and allowing us to re-connect with all the Sydney, interstate and overseas teams. Congratulations on 42 years of success and being so active internationally!
